Kolathunadu festival taken place with a cultural landmark KUWAIT CITY: Kannur Expats Association Kuwait (KEA) organized the 'Kolathu Nadu Mahotsavam' as part of its 10th anniversary event with various events,at Abbasia Indian Central School.the program was marked by a cultural event that welcomed the guests with traditional talapoli and chendamela. The Cultural Conference was inaugurated by his excellency Bhutan Ambassador Chitan Tensil. KEA President Roy Andrews presided the Offical meeting. BEC General Manager Ramdas, famous music director Kavalam Sreekumar and film star Sreedhanya were the special guests. The audience was enthralled by the performance of the organisation's past activities, Ranga Puja, Kathakali and Mohiniyattam by the dance troupe. A flash motion was also introduced calling for people to join the fight against drugs. Anamika and Bhagyaraj's songs enlivened the audience. The live star singer competition 'KEA Star Singer 2022' has rained the musical Harmony in the hearts of attendees. Association member Unnimayya Unnikrishnan, who is a member of the Lok Kerala Sabha, was felicitated by Chief Coordinator Sherine Mathew. General Secretary Deepu Arakal, Program Convenor Santosh Kumar, Women Chair Person Sonia and Jayakumari extended their greetings. Treasurer Harindran given vote of thanks.
